Law-lib members may have already seen the postings regarding the ABA Model
Business Corporation Act Annotated, 3d Ed. (previously published by Aspen).
Apparently some shipments of the 3d ed. have been accompanied by invoices
for approximately $400. Sandy Eitel of the ABA has told librarians who
inquired that these invoices were generated by computer error. If you have
received this invoice, be on the lookout for a corrected invoice, which
should be out this week.
