Dear Colleagues:
Can anyone recommend a Windows-based software which allows for
electronic keying-in of U.S. Patent and Trademark Office forms. We
have reviewed the DOS-based BNA product and have contacted the USPTO
which has no plans to provide their forms interactively. The USPTO did
recommend using Adobe Exchange to create blank fill-in spaces on their
PDF forms and then use Adobe Acrobat to fill-in the blanks. I am told
this setup involves considerable time. If anyone has already performed
this setup and can share their experiences or knows of a commercially
available software for the same purpose, I would greatly appreciate
hearing from you. I will summarize responses for the list.
