The MEL site is very nice, but unfortunately it has not been updated. Apparently the funding was not available, so this site only covers the period from July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998.

http://mel.lib.mi.us/reference/REF-calendars.html

Does anyone have a 1999 almanac or other source which lists legal
holidays for 1999? The 4th of July falls on Sunday - is the 5th the
Legal Holiday? We only have a 1998 almanac and other sources such as
government web pages and directories only have info for 1998. Thanks
for any help .
