Can anyone suggest a business law book that could be used as a text in a
college-level intensive course entitled "Legal Environment of Accounting."
The course covers the legal aspects impacting business decisions, including
contracts, commercial transactions and the UCC, creditors' rights and
bankruptcy, business organizations, government regulation and the protection
of property and other interests. I have looked at Law Books & Serials in
Print, but would prefer to get recommendations from those in the know.
