Just thought I'd mention: you might be getting other copies as well.
In addition to the multiple copies to accompany our copies of USCA, West is
also sending the same pamphlet, but with a green cover, also for $18 + 1.25
p&h each, to subcribers of 13 different titles (Federal Taxation of Close
Corporations, for example); and finally, we received another copy of the
same green one *free* to subscribers of Mertens. I called on Aug. 20 and
left a message that we did not want these and the invoices should be
cancelled, and requested a call back, but have not heard from them. (At
that point we only had 2 copies, but now we have 5 (including the free one).
