Our experience has been slightly different. When we
phoned asking for a label to return the duplicates, we were
told to write refused on the package and return it (of
course, this assumes the package is available and not
ripped apart). We also have experienced rude customer
service reps lately. Pet Peeve--General: telemarketers,
both at the office and home. Specific: telemarketers who
press for an explanation for my "No" to their offered
product. I refuse to argue. No is no.
