Just my 2 cents because in fact this same issue of multiple copies has come
up in the past. Most recent was one of the tax reform acts (I had an even
dozen copies.)
I had suggested to West or someone that perhaps there should be some card
notification indicating a special pamphlet was about to be mailed. Those
libraries with multiple sets, who would receive multiple copies, could
indicate how many copies were really needed. Seems to me that postage,
labor, and trees might be saved on their end and we would have only what we
needed.
Obviously, nothing ever came of this suggestion. So I will just mention it
again in case the tide has changed and we might make a bigger impression
this time with our collective voices/complaints.
