One of our attorneys would like a treatise--not just a book
chapter or section--on shelf registrations. I have checked
Law Books and Serials in Print (mine is 1996), Westlaw
(found ALI-ABA and PLI seminar materials including
sections on the subject), Loss' Securities Regulation,
Soderquist's Understanding the Securities Laws and the U.
of Memphis Law Library sources. If anyone out there
knows of a TREATISE (caps only for emphasis!) on the
subject, I would appreciate help. Please reply directly by
