Have any of you been involved in the development of Balanced Scorecards
(also called Top Sheets) for your organizations? I'm curious about how
widespread this trend has become. Balanced scorecards look a lot like
strategic plans, except they're used for both short term and long term
planning. They include specific measures of performance, and are intended
to drill down to each individual employee's goals, objectives and measures.
In a very tiny nutshell.
Anyhow, all advice, counsel, etc. is welcome --
