     I have hit a wall in trying to obtain a current copy of the Belgian
     Civil Code. It is not on Lexis or Westlaw. It is not available in
     any local libraries. I have tried several websites with no luck. I
     am looking specifically for how Belgium treats the theory of agency
     and comparative negligence.

     If anyone has suggestions of sources I might have missed or the Code
     itself, I would appreciate any assistance.
