Have you considered penciling the page numbers into the TOC page. The
West Group didn't omit the page numbers throughout the volume, did they?
Hope not.

I'm afraid your penciling the TOC might pull the plug on this drama. It
might adversely affect the growth of your volume count. And it might
decrease the size of your patio. But it might also save some wear
and tear on you.
