You may want to check your set for the following problem we found
recently: In Rel. 118--6/98 (Index volume) a group of pages is out of
order AND punched on the wrong side of the page. CIV-494 through
CIV-447 was found following CIV-118. I know that's backwards--they
were punched on the opposite side of the page, so they cannot be filed
in the correct place. MB says they will send me corrected contents.
We'll see.
