Dorothy Cordo posted a notice about page numbers in 140 F3d not matching
up with cases. Actually, they do - in 139 F3d. I know that West is
trying to cut costs, but re-using tables of contents seems to be going a
bit too far. But if they are going to re-use them, it seems silly to
re-use the one from 139F3d - it's 50 pages long. Why not save paper and
re-use the one from 147 AmJurPOF3d, which is only one page and doesn't
have all those annoying page numbers?
