You might want to check your copies of 140 F3d. The page numbers cited
in the Table of Cases, both alpha and by Circuit, in our bound volume do
not match the cases named at those cites. We have seen more than one
copy with this flaw. West has been contacted and they have placed an
"alert" in their system.
