I recently learned that there is a communication software called "Data
Case" that provides on-line access to New York State court dockets (in
NYC). One can use it to search for specific filings (i.e. motions, orders,
etc.) Is anyone familiar with this? Since I don't focus on NYS courts very
much lately, I was not aware of such a service. If anyone could share
their knowledge, I would greatly appreciate it.
