I need the NY jury instruction or instructions on what constitutes gross
negligence. If you know where I could find them on the internet (I've had
no luck so far) or could fax them to me, I'd appreciate it. We would be
glad to pay any expenses incurred. (Can't locate them on Lexis or
Westlaw, either.) Thanks.
