GPO has told me that these volumes are out of print and there is no plan to
re-publish. I know that depository libraries should have them, but I want
to buy a set. Does anyone know if a commercial publisher has picked them
up or if the information is available in another source. I did not find
any reference to the publications at the IRS web site. Thanks.
