Has anyone else had trouble accessing Shepard's Citations on the Internet
using Netscape and a Microsoft 2.0 proxy server? Or accessing Daily Update
from the Shepard's CD-ROM (also going through a Microsoft proxy server)?
Just thought I'd ask - both Shepard's and my MIS people have thrown up
their hands!
