I cannot locate a copy of an article I need right away. It is entitled
"How Much R&D to Expense" by Ian Springsteel, and was on page 15 of the
September 1995 issue of "CFO: the Magazine for Senior Financial
Executives" aka "CFO: the Magazine for Chief Financial Officers".
It was in the "Write-Offs" box, lower left-hand corner; the text is not
included on Lexis, Dialog, or the CFO website back issues, and our local
public library does not carry this publication
