I'm looking for recommendations of any basic resource on Phillipines
civil/commercial laws. I've been directed to the following two sources, but I
would be interested in any other recommendations -- particularly anything
published in the U.S. I'm also interested in finding out if there is a U.S.
distributor of the cited publisher, Central Book Supply, or how to contact this
publisher in the Phillipines

I've been prowling around on the internet and will continue to to try to find
some answers, but because of the timely nature of this request, I wanted to put
this out to the list for help as well. I am already in the process of obtaining
the Phillipines chapter from Oceana's Commercial Laws of the World, and I have
also looked at "Doing Business in the Phillipines," from the Price Waterhouse
pamphlet series.
