Hello- Has anyone had occasion to locate the recent -July 23 or 24 Marion County, Indiana, tobacco lawsuit? AG Jeffrey Modisett v Phillip Morris was thrown out by Judge Zore- evidently the first state lawsuit seeking to recover in smoking-related health care that has been dismissed. I was surprised not to find it on stic.neu.edu or www.tobacco.org - not so surprised not to find it on LEXIS or WESTLAW. Thanks so much. Betsy Swan
