The federal judgment interest rate follows the rate for Fifty-Two Week
Treasury Bills.
For historical rates for 1/16/86 - 12/12/91 and 1/9/92 - 5/23/96, see
Treasury Dept. homepage, specifically at
http://www.publicdebt.treas.gov/of/ofhisbil.htm.
Current & very recent rates can also be found on the Treasury homepage
at http://www.publicdebt.treas.gov/of/ofbills.htm under 364-Day term.
This table currently covers 04/30/98-07/23/98 auction dates.
The only source I've found on the Web for intervening dates is an
unofficial site, but I've checked against a hard-copy table, and it is
accurate. This site has T-Bill Rate Tables of Changes from 1985-1998.
See http://members.tripod.com/~StevenMon/tbill/t-bill.html.
Hope this helps!
