Hello Everyone,
I have been trying to locate the following two items, which are cited as
"texts" in the Bibliography section of BNA's Corporate Practice Series
Portfolio #44-2nd, Securities Law Considerations Affecting Employee
Benefit Plans. I was initially interested in finding out if copies were
available for purchase, but in the course of my search, it seems likely
that they are out of print. So, at this point, I would be glad to get
any information about these titles, such as find out who the publisher
is/was, or, if possible, borrow them on ILL. I have already searched
the internet, LEXIS-NEXIS, contacted the BNA library, and followed a
couple leads from OCLC information, but all have dead ended. If anyone
has these in their collection, or has any information that would help me
determine whether they are still in print, I would be grateful to hear
from you. Thank you!
