I called CCH thinking I was asking for a simple thing.
I wanted a list of all the products we currently received on CD-ROM and the cost of the CD-ROM vs what it would cost if we went to internet access. Simple right? WRONG
You have to contact each business unit for that information ¯
and each business unit is pricing multiple users differently!!!!!!!!!!!
In some units you are paying for concurrent usage and the concurrent usage charge is calculated differently for different business units. In some units you pay for each additional password
I thought I would get around dealing with 3 different reps by calling customer service but when I called customer service I got a different price from the price the local rep quoted. SO which price is going to show up on my invoice??
Has anyone else having the same difficulties did you find anyone at CCH to give you a definitive answer?
