1. Can anyone tell me who is responsible for Bernacchi on Computer Law
these days. It's not Little, Brown. Aspen said they are not updating it.
(I am not sure if that means Aspen still owns it and is just not going to
do the update or the person who answered the phone did not want to come
right out and say they don't own it anymore).
2. Those of you that have Bender's Federal Practice Forms--Criminal,
Volume 17 beware. We recently received Release 88 with an invoice for
$425.28. There are exactly 18 sheets of paper, including title page. I
thought the charge was a bit excessive and called our rep. He checked
and told me that it's a mistake and they will send us a more substantial
Release 88. The peculiar thing is, filing instructions for the release
do not indicate there are more pages. So, caveat emptor.
