I'm looking for an inprint (or online) handbook or manual on how to
conduct administrative hearings. I believe this would be for ALJ's,
rulemaking and grievances. The patron would like a federal version.
The closest I've found is:
Manual for Administrative Law Judges / Administrative Conference of the
United States (which has sunsetted).
Any pointers?
