We need a copy of NASAA's "Statement of Policy Regarding Options and
Warrants". We have a copy from the CCH volume on NASAA and our attorney
thinks there may be an error in that version. Does anyone have a version
other than CCH's? We would appreciate a fax copy of the policy and are
