The deadline for program proposals is Monday, August 17, 1998. There
is an article about the meeting in the latest issue (July) of the
Spectrum. The article shows the deadline as August 13 at one place
and as August 17 at another place. The date is August 17, and the
forms should be sent to headquarters.
