specified):

2. Title: Swiss Private International Law Code (current).
3. Title: Guide to Insolvency in Europe. CCH (1993). (Not loose-leaf.)
4. Journal title: International Insolvency Review: Journal of the
International Association of Insolvency Practitioners.
5. Title: International Insolvency Procedures, 2d ed., Blackstone
Press Limited (1997).
We have researched Lexis/Westlaw, OCLC, many university online catalogs,
spoken with embassy officials and Swiss law firms, and discussed
bibliographies with law school reference librarians. We have in hand the
basic statutory materials; however, the additional information that we need
seems most likely to be contained in the foregoing books and journal.
