Actually, this is a plea for help:
I have been asked to get a copy of Schedule E to the NASD (National
Association of Securities Dealers) BY-LAWS -- but as that schedule
existed *prior to May 19, 1994*.
Two NASD sources tell me they don't keep copies of old schedules.
A copy of the NASD Manual that hasn't been updated since mid 1994 would
have this old schedule.
Can anyone help? (Thanks for reading, in any case.)
