We are trying to locate IRS announcement 64-4. It is not in the Internal
Revenue Bulletin. We have tried Westlaw, Lexis, RIA, CCH. We have also
called several "tax" Firms in NYC - as well as the NY Law Institute and
Fordham Univ. Does anyone have access to this? Please let me know. Thanks.
