I am search of some cases that I just can't seem to track down more
information on anywhere. I have been told that they are cases in regard to
the Food and Drug Administration approval on certain consumer products. The
cites are:
FDC-44114 S-No-26-112R, April 5, 1960, Southern District of California.
FDC-36877 S-No-58-204L, July 12, 1954, Northern District of Illinois
FDC-48938 S-No-38-566V, May 3, 1963, Eastern District of Louisiana
According to Bieber's I have found that the FDC stands for Food, Drug, and
Cosmetic Dockets. I have called Lexis and Westlaw for help. I have
searched all over the Internet. I have called the FDA, the FDA library,
the FDA docket room (2 different people), and the Food and Drug Law
Institute for help and no luck. Does anyone else out there have any other
ideas for me. I would greatly appreciate any new suggestions for this
project.
