Before everyone hops on a plane to Anaheim - is anyone aware of any
publication (other than combing through all 50 state digests in the back
of Martindale-Hubbell) that would list statutes of limitation for
enforcement of a promissory note and for the period a judgment is good
(i.e., before you have to revive it)? It 's such an odd little bit of
esoterica, it would probably be a one off from someone in that area of
business. I've tried rounding up the usual suspects with no success.
