To Whom it May Concern,

A couple of years ago we cancelled our subscription to the
Restatement with the American Law Institute because we wished to
subscribe through West Pub. Co. Although we have sent letters,
returned materials, and responded to overdue invoice notices, we are
still receiving things from them. The last item was the 1998
supplements. We wrote them again to tell them that we did not
subscribe and that we were holding the supplements for a return
label, but all we receive is requests for payment.

If there is someone out there who can solve this problem, please call
me.
