Re: Human Resources--what constitutes relief pay? Does it occur when an
employee fills in for another although the hours are within the 40 hours
that the employee would normally work? In my situation, the pay is to cover
for an employee on vacation at a branch. I am trying to justify providing
some incentive pay to a person who is the only one who volunteers to cover
for the employee assigned to that branch. Any suggestions are welcome.
