We are trying to obtain the definition of the "building block system"
as defined in the ISO/IEC Guide 2 1996.
ANSI sells the Guide itself, but since we only need one
definition we
do not want to buy it. Neither Columbia University nor New York
Public
Library have it. I can only find information on how to purchase
the
above on the Web and not the publication itself.
If you have the above and are willing to lend or fax or know of a
website where this information can be found, I would appreciate
