Hello all,
This is one of those "if you happen to know" questions. I have a
professor who remembers a text from when he attended law school and he
wants to know if this text is still available. I have not been able to
get any information on the text from the usual resources and so have
come to the list.
The author's last name is remembered to be Ely and the title is
something like Laws Relating to Minors (it may or may not be California
laws...) The professor believes that it was published yearly? as a case
textbook and a statutory supplement. He also believes that it was
published or distributed by a law book publisher in Gardena or Garden
Grove California at least as recently as 20 to 25 years ago. There is
no listing in books in print , legal books in print or in the main legal
publishers' catalogs for such a title by an Ely. Please let me know if
this title rings a bell, or if you have any leads to the publisher.
