HEADLINE: CCH INCORPORATED Invites AALL Attendees to Tech Center for
Internet Demonstrations, Service and Product Updates and Customer "Chat"
Sessions with CCH Executives
Riverwoods, IL-CCH INCORPORATED invites all attendees of the 1998 American
Association of Law Libraries (AALL) Annual Meeting to visit the CCH
Technology Center, July 12-14 in the Anaheim Convention Exhibit Hall. In
conjunction with AALL, CCH is pleased to announce the Center, which will
feature special demonstrations highlighting CCH's new and enhanced Internet
products, Customer Service Updates, and one-on-one discussions with senior
CCH executives.
Internet Demonstrations
The CCH Tech Center, open during exhibit hall hours, will offer special
15-minute sessions highlighting the company's popular new and exclusive
securities, human resources, health care, entitlements, trade and banking
law Internet products. In addition, significant new enhancements to CCH's
Internet Tax Research NetWork also will be featured.
Attendees are welcome to attend the demonstrations at the scheduled times
below, or to stop by any time to explore informally CCH's news and
publications offerings on the Internet. Session attendees will be eligible
to enter drawings for gift certificates for Amazon.com, held at the
conclusion of each Internet demonstration period.
Customer "Chats"
CCH customers also will have a chance to find out about new customer service
and product initiatives now under way at the company. They can meet and
share their comments directly with Gene Landoe, vice president, customer
support and operations for CCH, and other senior members of CCH's customer
and product teams.
In addition, CCH is extending a special invitation to AALL members to stop
by the CCH Tech Center on Sunday, July 12, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and meet Hugh
Yarrington, President and CEO, and John Marozsan, Chief Operating Officer.

Internet and Customer sessions. The CCH Center will be located next to the
CCH booth (#503) in the conference Exhibit Hall.
