This is the focus of Chapter 55 of Rosden & Rosden, _The Law of
Advertising_ (Bender). It's in volume 3 and runs 212 pages. The author is
currently standing in my office complaining about the miseries of updating
this very chapter (he's up to Nevada), but he says there aren't too many
changes.
