I'm must identify a company that filed for bankruptcy in the last 1-2
months but only know the name of one the debtor's (a publicly traded
company). Although it is theoretically possible to search Lexis-Nexis for
this information , i.e. in the DOCKET, COMPNY (SEC files), BANKRUPTCY,
D&B, NEWS Libraries, etc., I found no references to the company in
question. Since PACER (and Courtlink) are not designed for this kind of
search, I am at a loss. Any suggestions?
