I have tried numerous sources, including RLIN, and have been unable to
obtain a copy of the following article:

        Title: Pregnant addicts: the making of new criminals.
        Authors: Chavkin, W. and Kandall, S.R.
        Journal: Economic Justice Speakout.
        Volume: 4, Issue: 3
        Year: 1990
         Page: Unfortunately, I do not know the page.

I would greatly appreciate any help in this matter.
