This list is great! No sooner do I vent that I get a call from Neela Taub, one of PLI's web and computer gurus. While she couldn't help personally (although she was familiar with my problem--it was a real whopper and apparently the talk of the computer department there) she promised to track down someone who could and make sure I got a call back.
Sure enough Olivia Kartanos called first thing the next day. A few minutes later everything was cleared up.
A big thank you to everyone who responded. These two people were truly helpful, as was John Allard, who spend quite a bit of time sorting through the worst of our account's problems and was recommended as a contact by many of you. Also recommended as a contact was Jill Porter (porter@pli.edu), PLI's new librarian ombudsman.
