Brodart label printing

        Have any small libraries out there had any experience with Brodart's
Precision One cataloging program? I am particularly interested in the label
printing function. I have been doing some cataloging for a small library,
but I have been unable to print spine labels. The only part of the label
that is printing is the book label, and that does not appear well aligned
either. The computer person at this place doesn't know what the problem is,
and the Brodart Help Desk hasn't been much help at all. We are using a
Panasonic dot matrix printer. If anyone has any suggestions, I would
appreciate receiving them.
