One of our attorneys has located a Canadian case from the Ontario Court
of Justice, General Division, that is very helpful. Two questions:

1. How does one Shepardize a Canadian opinion?

2. Where, in the heirarchy of the Canadian court system, does the
General Division of the Ontario Court of Justice
fall?
