I wanted to post a public "thank you!!" to two people who are working to
straighten out some problems :
1. Ellen Schmidt, Lexis Law Publishing (f.k.a. Michie) Credit
Collections Department
She and her supervisor get stuck with all the lock-box snafus. She Very
quickly researched the history, identified the procedural errors, and came
up with solutions.
2. Jan Wamsted, Branch Manager - West Online (Ohio)
She tracked down an "insider" who will ensure that West's various
segments realize they got their equipment back, and who will cancel/credit
the incorrect charges.
