Greetings everyone,
Does the above citation look familiar to anyone at all? The complete
cite is 40 Fed B News & J 301 (June 1993)

I am asuming this stands for "Federal Bar News and Journal" but can find
no mention of it in Lexis, Westlaw, the Bluebook, Bieber's, not is
anything like that carried by any of our usual document delivery
services. Any thoughts?
