Greetings, list-members!

I am trying to find a listing of all corporations registered to do business in the Bahamas, preferably in an online, searchable format. My attorney wants to determine whether a company is registered (and if so, under which statute) and then determine whether certain other names are available for a new company to be registered.

Any assistance would be most appreciated! As I am not currently subscribed to int-law, I'd appreciate a direct email response from anyone on that list.
