Hello all, I was wondering if anyone has any dealing with case law
(trial or appellate level) concering a contract dispute where whithin
the contract, the arbitrator was stated to be the contractor and any
dispute the subcontractor had, they had to file with the arbirtrator. I
looking for deision where the court found the arbrator to be bias or
unfit due to conflict of interest or in that related area. Any opinions
would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
