I am looking into purchasing certain portions of Restatement, 2d without
the appendix volumes. What leads me to think this might work is that our
attorneys like referring to the main volumes in hard copy, but are willing
to search on-line for citations in the appendix. Another incentive for this
arrangement is that the appendix volumes are so numerous, difficult to
use, and always a problem to maintain.

Anyone's thoughts or experiences on this issue would be a great help.
