Aspen billing problems

Aspen cut off most of our subscriptions some months ago. We had a very
difficult time reinstating them, and an even more difficult time getting
the missing material. After several weeks of phone calls, we were told
that the cancellations were due to open invoices. After waiting some
time for copies of the open invoices, we were told there were no open
invoices.
